We  provide a variety of metal  manufacturing, repair services and custom machining as well as tool developments, primarily for industrial customers.  However we also do cater to the general public  call us at 905 715 7575 with your precision metal projects / metal repairs, inventions design requirements or prototype developments.  We will  bring your ideas to life in metal or plastic, prototype 3D printed format or 3D CAD rendering - propose your ideas or generate 3D CAD ready for rapid prototyping manufacture.  We can also generate .stl files for your 3D Printing Project. 2D to 3D Part drawing conversions.

Precision metal working - lathe and mill work, CNC part manufacture, repair of metal components involving MIG or TIG welding are all part of what we specialize in to assist your metal manufacturing needs.  Water Jet and Laser cut patterns and sheet metal bend developments for machine covers, guards and parts can be made, fabricated and custom fitted.  Call us with your requirements, we like to work with most steel and aluminum types as well as stainless steels and can generate intricate shapes.    Assembly and custom design and build of extruded Aluminum products for guarding, machine housing and display purposes, tool development of specific hand tools for cutting / holding or bending operations.  Plastic bending Lexan / Plexiglass.
