A few words from Mirco Graenert;

About 5 years ago when I founded this company we had set out to provide technical Tool and Die and Tooling Engineering related assistance contracting and consulting services.
We were and still are primarily focused on the precision metal stamping and assembly sector. with a broader product range including but not limited to automotive components.

We have since sidelined the business with highly advanced Industrial products such as acoustic stamping press and die protection systems, lean manufacturing LED signs and pressure sensitive paper film.

These "tools" are known to be a vital part of lean manufacturing and quality control competitiveness.

We have build up a machine shop to be able to meet the needs of our customers in the automotive stamping and other metal sciences sectors where our 20+ years metal technical support team and tooling engineering experience can flourish.

Our innovative actions have been noted by several US and Canadian Magazines such as DPN, CIM and others. Break throughs were made relative to balancing stamping dies and low cost in die pressure sensing.

Recently we have set our focus more on highly advanced 3D CAD design and have made a substancial investment in state of the art CAD softwares allowing us to create and take on stamping die engineering changes as well as new tool designs and the establishment of tight tolerance process plans. Tooling and Medical device engineering changes and design in Pro Engineer allow for extremely accurate 3D models.

We are embarking a CAD journey based on existing trends and assist in finding a way to 2D paperless drawing capability while supporting shop floor drawing creation.

Going into Year 5, and with some signs of the Industrial sector picking up speed again we have a bright future in sight for us, further future employees and our customers.
